Welcome to True Path Co. We're honored to support your growth through our courses, readings, and rituals. By accessing our site or purchasing, you agree to the following terms. Please read them with care. Our goal is to keep things simple, respectful, and legally straightforward.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.truepathco.com (the “Site”), enrolling in a course, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging with our services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.  If you are in the European Union, you acknowledge that we aim to comply with applicable GDPR regulations. 

2. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By signing up, you confirm that any information you provide is accurate and that you’re not using our platform on behalf of someone else without permission.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

If you create an account, please keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized activity. You’re responsible for how your account is used and agree not to impersonate anyone else.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

 We take your data seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled. If you are located in the EU, we handle your personal data per GDPR principles and can provide additional documentation upon request. 

5. Refunds & Payments

• All sales are final. Due to our offerings' digital and energetic nature, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. 
• Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms as well.
• Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

6. What You Can & Can’t Do

We welcome soulful explorers, but we do have some ground rules:

• Don’t misuse our content or claim it as your own. 
• Don’t upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
• Don’t spam, hack, or interfere with others’ experience. 

We reserve the right to remove access or content that violates these terms.

7. Our Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including courses, sound journeys, meditations, artwork, and written materials—is owned by True Path Co. or licensed for our use. You’re welcome to enjoy it for personal growth, but do not copy, resell, or redistribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide a positive experience but can’t guarantee perfection. Use our Services at your own risk. We’re not liable for any losses or damages beyond the amount you paid for the product or service (up to $500).

9. Disputes & Legal Stuff

We hope it never comes to this, but if there’s a legal disagreement:

• You agree first to try to resolve it informally with us.
• If needed, disputes will be handled through individual arbitration (not class action) in Kentucky, USA.
• EU users may be subject to local consumer laws, which may override this.
   

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are material, you’ll be notified by email or on the site. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated terms.
