Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of courses and downloadable tools are final. Once access has been granted, refunds are not available.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Private Sessions

Session fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss your situation.
